Group Chief Executive Officer
David, a British national has worked in the insurance industry for forty years as both underwriter and broker. After ten years with a major insurer in the UK, David took a career move overseas and has subsequently worked in Zambia, Thailand, Qatar, Philippines and Oman, holding country manager positions in a number of territories. Joining RMS in 2002, David has been key to the expansion of the Group internationally.

Group Chief Financial Officer
Krishna Murthi has worked in the insurance industry for over 40 years as Internal Auditor and Finance Manager in India, Dubai and Oman. Krishna Murthi also holds senior qualifications in the insurance industry and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Oracle Certified Professional. With this broad technical background, he is able to provide support on complicated financial issues, particularly with regard to claims.
Krishna Murthi is active in the local insurance industry. He has been on the Board of the Oman Insurance Association from its inception in 2006 till 2016. He was the Secretary of the Association between 2013 and 2016.
General Manager & Chief Executive Officer, Oman
Hugh, has worked in the insurance industry for 35 years, initially in the London insurance markets. His international career has included postings to, Nigeria, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong and regional roles spanning Asia Pacific. Hugh was based in Asia for 24 years and prior to joining RMS as General Manager in June 2013, he was the CEO of Zurich Global Corporate in Asia Pacific.
Hugh started his career in the London construction insurance market and over the years has been closely involved in numerous major projects across the globe. During his 24 years in Asia Hugh established insurance portfolios and risk management strategies for clients in a diverse range of industries including Multinational Conglomerates, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Real Estate, Construction & Engineering, Mining, Automotive and Marine.
Chief Executive Officer – UAE
Albert has been in the UAE’s Insurance Industry since 1978, initially working for General Accident Fire and Life Assurance Corporation for 23 years, managing their Marketing, Administrative, Underwriting and Claims. After facilitating the regional merger between General Accident and Commercial Union in 1999, Albert founded and managed Millennium Insurance Brokers until merging it with RMS in 2015 through a joint venture partnership. Currently Albert is the Joint venture partner of RMS for UAE and CEO of Millennium Insurance Brokers based in Dubai. He has actively contributed to overall growth and governance of UAE’s Insurance market actively associated with the Ministry of Economy & Commerce, Emirates Insurance Association, Higher Technical committee besides leading and directing Professional bodies and Social forums.
Chief Executive Officer – Pakistan
Nabil holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Webster University in Geneva. He has been involved in a number of non-insurance projects leading to appointments leading Prime Power, MFMY and Usman Limited and director of RMS in Pakistan. Since 2014, Nabil has assumed position as country manager of RMS in Pakistan and has been involved in various large projects in the oil and gas sector and power generation. He currently sits on the board of MFMY Industries, Usman Limited, Zamzam Farms and Risk Management Services.
Jan Stok M.B.A.
Chief Executive Officer – CEE
Jan holds a master’s degree in International Business from the University of Economics in Prague and received his MBA from DePaul University of Chicago. He started his business career as an analyst at Czech Export Bank in 1998 and he moved into insurance to work for the boutique surety broker TR Structured Finance in 2001.
He joined MAI in 2002 and two years later was appointed as the country manager for MAI Czech Republic. Due to his success in the Czech Republic, he was given the additional responsibility for the commercial development of MAI Slovakia as well as becoming the Practice Leader for MAI CEE Claims Practice. Jan joined the MAI CEE Management Board in 2008. Jan is fluent in Czech and English and competent in German, Polish and Russian.
Guy Fairbrass B.A. (Commerce); N.Z.I.C.I.
Chief Financial Officer – CEE
Guy joined MAI CEE Insurance Brokers in 2010 from New Zealand. He is an alumni of Canterbury University where he graduated with a BA in Commerce, and gained his full Chartered Accountant status in 1998. He remains a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand (NZICA).
Past roles before joining MAI CEE included being Head of Operational Risk Events Reporting for UBS worldwide and CFO for Planet 3 publishing. He has also gained experience at Citibank Australia and Royal & Sun Alliance (now RSA Insurance Group) in the UK.
Subhash Rajasekaran M.Com.; F.I.I.I
Chief Executive Officer – Qatar
Subhash has 25 years insurance experience starting with Oriental Insurance Company, India in 1991 as Technical Assistant in Property and Casualty lines. He then moved to Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company Ltd., India as Senior Executive ‐ Corporate Marketing, responsible for corporate business development.
In 2006, Subhash joined Al‐Futtaim Willis LLC, Dubai, as Senior Account Executive and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Manager, responsible for leading and managing a team in charge of major Corporate clients. Subhash was also involved in the procurement and placement of Principal controlled Construction project insurance cover of various Clients in Dubai. During his tenure with Al‐Futtaim Willis, Subhash was also involved in advising the clients on the contract wordings related to Insurance Responsibilities.
Subhash joined JLT ID as Vice President in June 2010 and was subsequently promoted as Senior Vice President in 2012 and CEO in July 2016. Subhash is a Fellow member of Insurance Institute of India. Subhash specializes in Property, Casualty, Construction and Employee benefits insurance and has extensive experience in handling large and multinational corporate clients.
